Historic Vote

So yesterday, we had a historic vote in terms of the race of the president selected and also in voter turnout. In this information age, it appears easier to motivate young people, who don’t typically participate as frequently by percentage in elections, to vote.

Here is one video I came across on a blog for a development company in Austria. No doubt the professionally made You Tube video was in wide circulation in the days leading up to the election. No matter which side you were on, this video is genius.

What Would Be the One Thing You Would Change in Sports?

In light of today being election day and all, I decided I would write a little post on politics. I promise to generally steer clear of this topic, but I think everyone gets a free pass today, so I am taking mine.

Last night, during halftime of the Steelers fantastic victory over the Redskins, Chris Berman interviewed Senators Barack Obama and John McCain. One of the questions he asked was, “If you could change one thing in sports, what would that be?”

Barack Obama stated, “I think it is about time that we had playoffs in college football.”
